Chocolate Mint Brownies – these are very good! very rich but oh soooo good!

New England Clam Chowder & Bread Bowl – this is now my new favorite clam chowder recipe!

I’m allergic to seafood, so I did a broccoli cheese soup instead of clam chowder. Love the bread bowl!

This is the only Shirley J product I am a disappointed in. The brownies always come out rubbery and dense. I would much prefer a more choclatey flavor and a texture that is more cake like and rises a bit when baking.

Loved the bread bowl and chowder. I did have to modify it, though, because my husband refuses to eat clams or anything from the ocean so I used corn instead.
