German Chocolate Pie – loved it!

Pasta Al Forno – this was very good. next time i am going to try with a spicy italian sausage.

4-Layer Dessert – This dessert is sooo goood! I think i like it best for breakfast….what a sweet way to start the day!

Southwest Tamale Pie – took the picture before it cooled a little and set up. This was delicious. I have made it twice more since the picture.

Oatmeal Bread – this was GREAT bread! Made an additional loaf for a friend.

Asparagus Tortellini – this was to die for. you could really make it with any pasta or even no pasta and pour the sauce over steamed veggies.

Cheesecake for a Crowd – Whether you like cheesecake or not you will LOVE this cake. it is great with or without toppings. i used fresh fruit instead of pie filling. it was delicious!

Sunday Dinner Rolls – always a hit!

Peanut Butter Bars – I LOVE THESE!!! I can’t tell you how many times I have made these since I began using Shirley J. They are so easy and so good and so much cheaper than the $2.49 you pay for them in a convenience store.

White Cheddar Chicken Lasagna – a new family favorite. only change I would make is if you have meat eaters in your family use at least 2 cans of chicken. This is very very good!

Chocolate Mint Brownies – these are very good! very rich but oh soooo good!

New England Clam Chowder & Bread Bowl – this is now my new favorite clam chowder recipe!

Chunky Slow Cooker Beef Stew – this had great flavor! and it tastes as good re-heated as it does the first time.

Boston Cream Pie – 4/29/12 – this was delicious!

4/15/12 – Tossed Salad with Shirley J Vinaigrette – took this to a church potluck lunch. The dressing was a huge hit!

4/16/12 – Garlic and Asparagus Pasta with Lemon Cream. this was delicious. I also added some sliced mushrooms (because I had them. This was great for dinner, and great the next day for lunch.

4/13/12 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins – These were good, better the next day.

4/13/12 – Biscuits and Gravy – My husbands FAVORITE!!!! this has the best flavor i have made it many times. and to switch it up sometimes i use a maple sausage or a sage sausage…. very good.
